Photography is a unique language for me. An easy language to express my thoughts. Capturing the time frame through the lens is always mesmerizing me. I started photography in the year 2008 with a 02-megapixel Sony Walkman phone. I went to the Nandankanan Zoo of Odisha in 2013. For the first time, I put my eyes on a Gharial's eye through a Nikon DSLR camera. Looking at the crocodile's eye was an eye-opening event for me. I immediately fell in love with photography. I bought my first DSLR in 2014. In 2019, I was the national 1st prize winner in the Wikipedia Photography Contest out of 900 participating professional and amateur photographers. Now I own a Sony A7R Mark IV professional camera and usually love to take photographs of nature and architecture.
I came across a Drone camera in 2016. Aerial photography gave me a completely different perspective on photography. I bought a drone camera and started flying. I went through various blogs and YouTube tutorial videos on flying drones. I in due course became the official aerial photographer of IFFCO.
