That's the thing about books. They let you travel without moving your feet
When I was at the age of nine, my mother gave me a membership card from a local library, probably one of the best gifts in my life. My mother took every care of my overall growth. She is my first Guru. I've no words to explain. She is a retired biology teacher. I love book reading. My favorite writers are Narayan Sanyal, Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay, Satyajit Ray, Rabindranath Tagore, etc. Kolkata Book Fair is one of the most exciting events for me !!
Samudrer Hajaro Bismay by Narayan Sanyal and Sabuj Dwiper Raja by Sunil Gangopadhyay were the first books I'd read from the library. Science fiction, comics, thrillers from Satyajit Ray, historical documentaries, and many more I've read and continue. My father is also a vivid reader I am fond of literature on Mahabharata and watching movies on the 2nd World War and Science Fictions. I strongly believe if everyone developed their reading habits, our planet will change eventually in a positive way.
I have traveled above 100 places within India as I love traveling. I believe in solo traveling which teaches lots of things and builds confidence. Three foreign countries I have also visited. Visiting all seven continents is on my bucket list.
From adolescence, I have had a strong attraction towards two-wheelers. I have ridden many bikes on different terrains. It gives me a typical sense of freedom. In 2012, after mango diplomacy, Harley Davidson Motorcycle launched in India.
The same year I booked the Iron 883 bike and within HOG (Harley Owners Group), I found many good friends. Harley-Davidson is not only a legendary bike but a lifestyle also. Bike trips with HOGs are some good experiences in my life. May be in near future I will buy my next Super Bike !!
